I heard Ennis is a great town, never there though. Galway is great, Kilkenny is good, but last time I was there was for a concert, and I hated it. But maybe just that time, and so packed, and the prices went through the roof.

i am a cavan resident and i recommend a visit to the glacial valley of Glangevlin. it is accessed by road from Bawnboy to the north or Dowra (via drumshambo) to the south. on a clear day the whole of county cavan is visible from the viewing points. Awesome. The Shannon rises nearby also.

Shure come down to Mitchelstown in Cork

It is the hot spot of Cork.

There is a club at in the town called The Cloan; sorry don’t recall how it is spelled.

It is in the square somewhere.

I hear there is a “Boots” there now so you can stock up on supplies.

And then on the Sunday you can drive a bit down the road and go for a long walk
in the Galtees. If you are trying to hide from some looney, tis a good place to hide too.
Make sure they do not follow you though, otherwise you are trapped in the mountain with a crazy person. lol

    Good luck

P.S: Shure Tipp accents are very ****.
Ye talk just as fast as a Cork person. lol
I better say no more. I know too many people from Tipp.
    I bet your from Nenagh

Killarney in Kerry is the best place meet all sorts.
    But shure Mitchelstown in enlightening.

Galway is brilliant. Great pubs and clubs. Roisin Dubh, Cuba, CPs, to name a few specific places. I’ve also had a few good nights out in Waterford, but it’s much more low key than Galway.
