How do i produce a written undertaking for submission when applying for Irish Visa?
kb asked:
I am planning to visit Dublin over the Good Friday / Easter weekend and have an Indian passport which requires me to apply for an Irish Visa. I have been arranging all the documents to be submitted with the visa application and have been stumped by the following requirement…
- A written undertaking both from yourself and your reference that you will observe the conditions of your visa, that you will not become a burden on the State, and that you will leave the State on the expiration of your permission to remain
I want to know how to get this written undertaking. Is it just a letter to be signed and submitted or does it need to be a legal document? Also if u could help with the wording of the same it would be extremely helpful

Undertaking from you, and your reference, you need to clarify this???? They may require you to have your signature witnessed, this can be done from a Commissioner for Oaths (Solicitors Office) and the charge is usually €10. Unsure of prices etc if you are in India.
