Its on Dublin Bay, and there are quite a few B B's there, some good, some not so good. The area is also served by a good bus service that only takes about 15 mins to get into O'Connell Street and the City centre. Things to do - don't miss the Book of Kells, one of the great art treasures of the world. Also, the National Museum of Ireland is beautiful. I'm sure you'll get a lot of suggestions for pubs here, but these are my personal Dublin favourites. Have a great time there! Its about a 20 min stroll from temple bar, so you'll be far enough away from all the noise and no need to wait for hours to try get a taxi, its also on the way to Guinness factory. Its also very close to St.Stephens Green Shopping Centre and Temple Bar!!!!
