Need ideas for Pub Crawl games?

I’m planning a pub crawl for my family (Irish…big drinkers) and I’d like to incoporate some games we could play along the way. One idea was to do a poker game…where each person who contributes money into the pot gets a card at each bar, and by the fifth bar, the best poker hand wins the pot.
Any other fun ideas??

A scavenger hunt is cool. I did a good one once where instead of collecting things we had to pose for pictures in interesting places/positions.
the card game is genius.. i’m going to do that.
If you are all drinking beer this might be fun:
Have everybody contribute to the kitty as you suggested for the card game. Tell them that they must keep track of each beer they have, but don’t tell them why. When you get to your last stop, determine the winner based on the secret criteria and award the pot to the winner.
The winner might be:
- the person who drank the most in terms of number of different brewers
- the person who drank the beer brewed the furthest distance away from your location
- the person who drank beer from the most number of countries or cities
- the person who drank the beer with a name that started furthest down in the alphabet
- the person who drank a beer served in a can, or always poured their beer into a stein, or always drank what was on tap rather than bottled beer.
The fun, or what I think the fun is, that everybody will know that the winner will be determined based on what it is they are drinking, but they will have to be creative with their selections as they try to second guess what the contest is.
